Healthy Sports
Uses fun and interactive activities to raise awareness about the importance of health and well-being to primary and secondary school students. Can be developed to suit theneeds of any school or community group.
Is conducted as a 1 hour session across a 6-9 week period either during or after school.

Sessions include sporting and game-based activities as well as a 20 minute health & well-being workshop.

Workshops cover a range of health and well-being topics including nutrition, mental & physical health, sleep and hydration.

Has been developed to align with ACARA HPE teaching requirements.
